Web design for Scarborough professionals

We're on Kennedy Road, building websites for the businesses on the same stretch of road: real estate agents, paralegals, immigration consultants, notaries, law firms and family restaurants. Sites that answer the questions your clients actually ask before they call you.

Six kinds of Scarborough business we build for

Each of these needs something different from a website. Here's what we build into each one, and what gets quoted on top.

Real estate agents

Buyers search the neighbourhood before they search for an agent. Your site should rank for the areas you actually sell in and give them a reason to call you rather than the listing portal.

  • Neighbourhood pages for Agincourt, Malvern, Guildwood and wherever else you work
  • Featured listings you can swap out as they sell
  • Home evaluation enquiry form that reaches your phone
  • Sold gallery and client testimonials
  • Brokerage name and identification displayed the way your brokerage requires

Paralegals

Someone with a Landlord and Tenant Board date next month is searching at 11pm on a phone. A clear page explaining what you handle and what it costs is what turns that search into a consultation.

  • A page per service area: small claims, LTB, traffic tickets, provincial offences
  • Consultation booking form with the details you need collected upfront
  • Fee structure laid out plainly, flat rate or hourly
  • Licence number and Law Society details shown where clients look for them
  • Click-to-call and WhatsApp on every page

Immigration consultants

Clients arrive knowing the program name and nothing else. Program pages that explain eligibility in plain English do the first half of your consultation before the phone rings.

  • Pages by program: study permit, work permit, PR, family sponsorship, citizenship
  • Eligibility enquiry form that collects status, country and timeline
  • Your CICC registration number and licence status displayed prominently
  • Document checklists clients can read before they book
  • Second-language version available, quoted separately

Notary public and commissioner of oaths

This is a walk-in business. People need to know three things fast: do you handle my document, what does it cost, and are you open right now. Everything else is secondary.

  • Document list — affidavits, statutory declarations, certified copies, travel consent letters
  • Fee table, per document or per signature
  • Opening hours and a map front and centre on mobile
  • What to bring: ID requirements and whether witnesses are needed
  • Appointment request or straight-to-WhatsApp button

Lawyers and law firms

Clients choose a firm on trust, and trust is built by the bios and the practice area pages. A dated site loses work to a newer firm two blocks away that says the same thing more clearly.

  • Practice area pages: real estate, wills and estates, family, immigration, corporate
  • Lawyer bios with call-to-the-bar year, languages spoken and areas of focus
  • Intake form that routes by matter type
  • Office locations, parking and accessibility information
  • Blog or articles section if you publish, on Business Pro

Small restaurants and takeaways

Most people find you on Google Maps, tap through, and want the menu in under three seconds. A PDF menu that has to be pinched and zoomed loses that order to the next result.

  • Menu built as a real web page — readable on a phone, no PDF download
  • Prices you can edit yourself when they change, on Business Pro
  • Hours, holiday closures, map and one-tap call to the kitchen
  • Photo gallery and links to your delivery app listings
  • Catering and large-order enquiry form for parties and functions
Ask about a restaurant site

A note for the regulated professions: we build the site, you own what it says. Advertising rules from the Law Society of Ontario, the CICC and your real estate brokerage or regulator apply to your wording, and you're the one who has to sign off on it. Send us the changes your compliance review asks for and we'll make them at no charge.

Every corner of Scarborough

Local search is decided by neighbourhood, not by the word "Toronto". If you take clients from Malvern and Agincourt, the site should say Malvern and Agincourt — in the page titles, the headings and the Google Business Profile, not just once in the footer.

  • Malvern
  • Woburn
  • Bendale
  • Guildwood
  • Rouge

What Scarborough clients ask

If yours isn't here, message us on WhatsApp. You'll get a straight answer, not a sales call.

Can you put live MLS listings on my site?
A live feed is quoted separately, because the data licence and the setup depend on your board and your brokerage — and some brokerages provide their own agent listing tools already. Featured listings you update manually are included in the Business and Business Pro packages, and for most agents that's enough.
Will the site meet my regulator's advertising rules?
We build the site and put your licence details, registration number and required identification where they belong, but we're not your compliance advisor. The wording is yours to approve against the Law Society of Ontario, CICC or brokerage rules that apply to you. Any changes your review asks for, we make at no charge.
Can my restaurant menu be updated when prices change?
On Business Pro you edit items and prices yourself. On Starter and Business we make the changes for you, or you can add a maintenance plan if the menu moves often. Either way, no PDF — the menu is a real page that reads properly on a phone.
Can the site be in Tamil, Chinese, Urdu or another language?
Yes, and it's quoted separately since the cost depends on how many pages need translating. You can supply the translations or we can arrange a translator. We've built for a Tamil-language newspaper, so non-Latin scripts and fonts are familiar ground.
Can clients book appointments or pay online?
Booking calendars and payment collection are quoted separately, because the right setup depends on your practice — trust account rules for legal work, deposits for catering, and so on. Every package includes enquiry forms and WhatsApp, which is how most of our clients prefer to take bookings anyway.
How much does a website cost in Scarborough?
Starter $250, Business $450, Business Pro $500 CAD, all one-time project fees. The final number depends on page count, how much content you have and any custom functionality. You see it in writing before work starts.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?
Often, yes. Send us the address and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth updating or whether a rebuild costs less than the repairs. Redesigns keep the brand you've built and the pages that already rank.
